Two Simultaneous Exhibitions to Open at Trailer Box Project
Opening Reception at 5:00pm on Saturday, September 10th

Danbury, CT – Trailer Box Project will welcome the community to an opening reception at 5:00pm on Saturday, September 10th.

The new show, “Gobbet,” will feature two separate
exhibits, and showcase the works of three local and regional artists.

Cambridge, Massachusetts photographer Vanessa R. Thompson will exhibit her series of abstracted images of raw meat within the Trailer Box Project Space. Inviting the viewer to thrill over the deep, organic energy of the natural world, Thompson uses meat from her local butcher to disconnect her audience between the obvious and the suspect. Thompson received an MFA at the Art Institute of Boston
and has exhibited throughout New England.
Trailer Box Project, 15 Great Pasture Rd, Unit 15 in Danbury.
Operating hours for the exhibition are Thursday through Saturday,
from 12:00pm to 5:00pm, or by appointment.
