City Gallery in New Haven presents “Other Galaxies”by Freddie Elton runs from December 1 - December 31, 2016.

Artist’s Reception is Saturday, December 3, 1-4pm.
Elton's series of drypoint creations begin as abstract intentions, however, familiar creatures of other life-forms insinuate themselves into the plates. Elton creates mass and form, light and dark without using other instruments. Drypoint on a polyurethane covered cardboard plate involves only one mark maker, a diamond tipped scribe.

City Gallery is located at 994 State Street, New Haven, CT, 06511. For further information call 203-782-2489, email info@city-gallery.org or visit www.city-gallery.org.
