recording led by one of today's premier jazz greats, drummer Ralph
Peterson. The painting will be exhibited for the first time at BOP
GALLERY in Windsor, CT with special guest non-other than Ralph Peterson
on hand to sign and personalize CD's.

Jessica Hiemstra: The Holy NothingJessica Hiemstra is a visual artist and an author. In this intimate exhibition, her images are created using pencil and ink on vellum. Each work is placed in the order in which they appear in her book, The Holy Nothing (Pedlar Press), and accompanied by poetic excerpts from the same publication.

Juror: Stephen Dunn
Stephen
is a veteran journalist with 36 years of experience at The Hartford
Courant who has covered stories throughout the world as well as hundreds
of poignant stories in Connecticut. He
has covered stories as diverse as life in Hartford's last housing
project to the America's Cup in western Australia. In addition to
covering every president since Gerald Ford, he has photographed the NCAA
Final Four in Texas twice, the GOP National Convention in New York and
the San Francisco earthquake of 1989. He was a member of the Pulitzer
Prize-winning team for spot news in 1999.
